Kopa is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality Hiiumaa (2013 to 2017: rural municipality Hiiu , before that rural municipality Kõrgessaare ) on the second largest Estonian island Hiiumaa (German Dagö ).

Kopa has ten residents (as of December 31, 2011).

Personalities

The most famous son of the place is the Estonian graphic artist Kaljo Põllu (1934-2010), who was born on the Kopa farm ( Kopa talu ). Põllu studied art in Tallinn . From 1965 to 1972 he headed the Art Cabinet of Tartu State University .
