Villemi is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality of Hiiumaa (until 2017: rural municipality Käina ). It is located on the second largest Estonian island Hiiumaa (German Dagö ).

Villemi has 29 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011).

The place is best known for a large boulder , the Antu kivi . Its circumference is 26.5 m, its height 10.5 m. It has been under nature protection since 1962.
