Tempa is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality Hiiumaa (until 2017: rural municipality Pühalepa ). It is located on the second largest Estonian island Hiiumaa (German Dagö ).

Tempa (German Temba ) has 19 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is located 13 kilometers from the island's capital, Kärdla .

Tempa was the main town in the former rural community of Pühalepa.
