Good Soonlepa

The Soonlepa estate was first mentioned in 1453 when it was given as a fiefdom to a Peter . At that time it belonged to the estate Suuremõisa ( Grossenhof ). It became independent around 1785. The last Baltic German owner before the expropriation in the course of the Estonian land reform in 1919 was Baroness Dorothea Stackelberg (née Ungern Sternberg).

The manor house is no longer preserved today. You can see some outbuildings and the two-story distillery , which was later converted into a stable. The wine cellar from 1855 is worth seeing.
