Mägipe

Mägipe is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural community Hiiumaa (2013 to 2017: rural community Hiiu , before that rural community Kõrgessaare ) on the second largest Estonian island Hiiumaa (German Dagö ).

Mägipe (German Mäggipäe ) has eleven inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). The place is located on the Kõpu peninsula ( Kõpu poolsaar ).
Hiiumaa's two highest peaks can be found near the village: the Tornimägi (68 m) and the Kaplimägi (63 m). On the Tornimägi stands the island's landmark, the mighty Kõpu lighthouse ( Kõpu tuletorn ).
