Pilpaküla is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural community Hiiumaa (until 2017: rural community Pühalepa ). It is located on the second largest Estonian island Hiiumaa (German Dagö ).

The village borders the island's capital Kärdla ( Kertel ) in the north and east .
