The 2012/13 Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio was the 28th season of the San Marinese Football League . It began on September 14, 2012 and ended with the championship final on May 27, 2013.

In the basic round, the teams played in two equal groups of eight and seven teams respectively. Each team met the teams in their own group twice and each team in the other group once. Then the top three teams in each group competed in the championship playoff, which was played in a double knockout system . The two group winners received a bye in the first round and only entered the playoffs in the second round.

Defending champion SP Tre Penne won the second title in the club's history.
