The Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Heilbronn was founded in 2010 as a branch of the DHBW Mosbach . A separate management was set up for the 2014/15 academic year and the course operations became independent. Nicole Graf, who previously worked at DHBW Mosbach and the Bad Mergentheim branch and set up the DHBW Heilbronn campus, was appointed the first rector .
