EHF Women's Champions League 2005/06

A total of 31 handball club teams took part in the 2005/06 Champions League season , 16 of which made it into the group stage. It was the 46th edition of the EHF Champions League or the European Cup of National Champions. The defending champion was Slagelse DT .

Of the 31 teams, 16 reached the first group stage. The first two of these groups then played in the knockout system from the quarterfinals . All throw-off times were based on the home venue (time zones).

The first legs took place on 3rd / 4th / 9th / 10th. September 2005. The second leg took place on 10/11. September 2005.
