The ice hockey regional league 1967/68 was the third season of the third highest German level in ice hockey under this name. It was played in two regional groups. The group winners played from the German regional league champions. The winner of the southern group EV Landsberg won two games against FC Preussen from Berlin .

Regionalliga North

The exact field of participants and the mode of the Northern group are unclear. The Berlin FC Preussen took part in the regional league championship for the group north. The following also took part in the qualifying round North for the Oberliga 1968/69:

The VERC Lauterbach had withdrawn from the game before the season.

Regional league south

Attendees

The champions of the Landesliga Bayern SC Reichersbeuern and the runner-up VER Selb were promoted.

mode

The six teams played a single round . Then all teams with the worse three teams of the Oberliga Süd played the qualifying round for the ice hockey Oberliga 1968/69 .
