The Bremen Amateur Football League 1949/50 was the first season of the top amateur class in the area of ​​the Bremen Football Association after the division from the joint game operation with Lower Saxony . Of the fourteen founding members of the new league, eight had played in the Bremen season of the Lower Saxony state league and six had played under-class. In 1950, Blumenthaler SV became champions , although they did not have any success in the subsequent round of promotion to the Oberliga Nord .
