The Hahnerberg residential area in Wuppertal is one of seven quarters in the Cronenberg district . It is named after the Hahnerberg survey .
geography
The 2.30 km² residential area is located in the south of Wuppertal. The Ronsdorfer Quartier Blutfinke borders in the east of the quarter , the residential quarter border runs in the Gelpetal . Hahnerberg borders Cronenfeld to the south . The western border to the Küllenhahn residential area is formed by the disused Elberfeld – Cronenberg railway line. In the north is the Elberfeld residential area Grifflenberg .
Local locations and outlying areas include Büngershammer , Ober- and Unterdahl , Hipkendahl , Hohlenscheid , In der Gelpe , Käshammer , Mühlenberg , Neuenhaus , Rennbaum , Trübsal and Zillertal .
Transport infrastructure
The disused Elberfeld – Cronenberg ( Burgholzbahn ) railway had a breakpoint set up in 1950 under the name Wuppertal-Neuenhof on the edge of the residential area . This stop, which was supposed to open up the housing estate at Neuenhaus, was served until 1988.
