The Blombach-Lohsiepen residential area in Wuppertal is one of six districts in the Ronsdorf district .
geography
The 1.47 km² residential area is enclosed by Parkstrasse ( Landesstrasse 419 ), Blombachtalbrücke , the Wuppertal-Oberbarmen – Solingen railway line , Erbschlöer Strasse and Lüttringhauser Strasse. While the south-east of the residential quarter is heavily populated as part of the Ronsdorf city center, the northern part is occupied by a large industrial area. In the east there is the rather rural hamlet of Blombach , in the west of the residential area the residential area Lohsiepen .
There is a community elementary school in Kratzkopfstraße.
The name of the residential quarter is derived from the Blombach with the village of the same name. A junction between Landesstraße 419 and Bundesautobahn 1 is being planned.
