The nature reserve Haubachtal, Dietrichseiffen with Urftaue near Blankenheim-Wald lies in the area of the municipality Blankenheim (Ahr) in the district of Euskirchen in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The area, which consists of seven sub-areas, extends west of the core town of Blankenheim and west and north of the Blankenheim district of Blankenheimerdorf . The B 258 runs through the area . The B 51 runs in the northern area on the southern edge and in the southern area on the eastern edge.

Since 2005, a 290.48 hectare area has been designated as a nature reserve for Blankenheim under the identification number EU-131. The protection is given in particular because of the importance of a large part of the area for the establishment of a coherent ecological network of special protection areas in Europe.
