The Canton Blanzac-Porcheresse was 2015 a French constituency in the department of Charente and in the former region Poitou-Charentes . It comprised 17 parishes in the Arrondissement of Angoulême ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Blanzac-Porcheresse . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. The last representative in the conseil général des Départements was François Lucas for the years 2001–2015.
