The Canton Villefagnan was 2015 a French canton in the department of Charente and in the former region Poitou-Charentes . It comprised 20 parishes in the Arrondissement Confolens ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Villefagnan . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Christiane Prévost was last representative in the conseil général des Départements for the years 2012–2015.
