Detailed memorial texts
- ↑ population of the Seidnitz housing estate; Part of a settlement of the former Landessiedlungsgesellschaft Sachsen GmbH between Altenberger Straße, Enderstraße and Hepkestraße, the closed apartment block that was built on Enderstraße and Altenberger Platz around 1925 is strictly functionalist with a perforated facade and gable roof , revitalized by protruding, vertical stairwells with entrance roofs and colored glass windows Buildings on Altenberger Straße and Hepkestraße added after 1938 are loosened up and in traditional construction, urban development accentuation through green plaza on Altenberger Straße with surrounding buildings (construction of the front side emphasized by roof turrets), the complex is significant in terms of building history, social history and urban development history.
- ↑ The two-storey massive building in the center of the village of Seidnitz is labeled "FEA Borschdorf 1863" above the entrance. It is closed off by a tiled gable roof with three symmetrically arranged dormers facing the street and the rear. But also the facades, only the rear wall deviates a little, appear well-balanced. The long sides show five axes and the gable ends three axes. The central axis with a small portal and two brackets adorned with console becomes the entrance axis. The gable ends culminate in twin windows typical of the time. An economical, but at the same time effective, plaster structure appears invigorating (can be reconstructed after what is still there despite some loss) and shapely corbels. The ground floor consists of sandstone blocks, the upper floor of economical masonry. The building has a partial basement with a small barrel. A curved staircase with sandstone steps leads to the upper floor. A few stencils have been preserved inside. Bodenbacher Straße 115 is a typical residential building for the surrounding communities of Dresden from the 3rd quarter of the 19th century, which stood at the beginning of the gradual urbanization of the once village settlements. It is said to have been one of the first houses in Seidnitz that deviated from the rural properties of the village center in terms of design and function. As a structural testimony to the development described, it is significant in terms of urban development history. In addition, the simple building is also a prime example of the small or suburban development of its time, two-storey houses with mostly three dormers (three-gabled house), axial window structure and restrained plaster decoration. Comparable, but not so meaningful examples (i.e. not with so many preserved details, such as the designed entrance axis, dating, initials, plaster structure and stencils inside) can be found in Mickten and Pieschen. Many of these houses, such as Leipziger Strasse 115, 125/127 and 129, have now been demolished. From what has just been presented, there is also a building historical value for the property to be assessed here (LfD / 2012).
