The list of the team cadres of the Extraliga (Czech Republic, chess) 2004/05 contains all players who were used at least once in the Czech Extraliga in chess 2004/05 with their individual results.
Overall, the 12 clubs deployed 146 players, 40 of whom never missed a match. ŠK Trinom Zlín managed with 10 players, while at ŠK Sokol Plzeň I - INGEM and ŠK Slavoj Ostrava most of the players played at least one game, namely 14 each.
The most successful player of the season was Jan Bernášek (ŠK Bauset Pardubice) with 9 points from 11 games. His teammate Sergej Movsesjan achieved 8.5 points from 11 games, David Navara (ŠK Mahrla Prague) and Rafał Antoniewski (ŠK Lokomotiva Brno-Slezan) scored 8 points each from 11 games . Ivo Příborský (ŠK Sokol Plzeň I - INGEM) won on his only appearance and was the only player to achieve 100%.
