The list of the team cadres of the German Federal Chess League 2007/08 (women) contains all players registered for the German Federal Chess League 2007/08 and their individual results.
The 12 clubs were allowed to register 6 regular players and a maximum of 8 substitute players. The SK Großlehna was the only club that did not fully use the registration quota and only registered 13 players. Not all of the registered players were used; five clubs each deployed 10 players, the others each 11. A total of 127 players were deployed, of which 14 played all competitions.
The best point player of the season was Eva Kulovaná (SK Großlehna) with 9 points from eleven games, and Ekaterina Borulya (OSC Baden-Baden) achieved 8.5 points from ten games . Jana Jacková (USV TU Dresden), Ketino Kachiani-Gersinska (OSC Baden-Baden) and Claudia Eckhardt (USV Volksbank Halle) each achieved 7 points, Jacková played ten games, Kachiani-Gersinska and Eckhardt each 11. With Anna Burtassowa (USV TU Dresden), Tamara Klink (OSC Baden-Baden) and Milana Smolkina achieved three players 100%, but they only played a few games. Burtasowa was deployed four times, Klink three times and Smolkina twice.
The oldest player of the season was Christina Lehmann (* 1951), who played for SK Großlehna, and the youngest player was Filiz Osmanodja (* 1996) from Dresden .
