Medels im Rheinwald (dt. Also girls ; Romansh Medel (Valrain) ) is a village in the area of ​​the Rheinwald and until December 31, 2005 was a political municipality in the former Rheinwald district in the Hinterrhein district of the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland .

The village belonged to Splügen from 2006 to 2018 . Since January 1, 2019, it has been part of the newly founded municipality of Rheinwald together with the neighboring towns of Nufenen , Hinterrhein and Splügen .
