NGC 141 is a Hubble-type S / P spiral galaxy in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 530 million light years from the Milky Way and about 125,000 light years across .
The galaxies NGC 138 and NGC 139 are located in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered on August 29, 1864 by the German astronomer Albert Marth .
