The 1983/84 OHL season was the 4th season of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). The Kitchener Rangers won the Hamilton Spectator Trophy as the team with the highest points of the regular season , but lost to the Ottawa 67’s in the playoff final , which secured their second J. Ross Robertson Cup .
