history
Plonszöwen / forest hooves
The northern part of today's settlement Paporotnoje, once called Plonszöwen , was first mentioned in 1580 as a “place in the forest between Weszkallen and Woitekaten ”. The place is one of the oldest settlements in the Pillkallen district along the Scheschuppe . Before 1945 it consisted of many scattered small farms.
When in 1874 the administrative district (Prussia) Weszkallen - it was called “Amtsgebiet Forsthusen” between 1939 and 1945 - was rebuilt, Plonszöwen was incorporated and belonged to it until 1945. The administrative district belonged to the Pillkallen district (1939 to 1945 "Landkreis Schloßberg (Ostpr.)") In the Gumbinnen administrative district of the Prussian province of East Prussia .
In 1910 there were 168 inhabitants in Plonszöwen. Their number decreased to 155 by 1933 and was 145 in 1939.
On September 30, 1929, the Sturmen forestry was incorporated. It kept its name and was only renamed "Försterei Waldhufen" on June 3, 1938, after Plonszöwen had already been renamed "Waldhufen" on March 26, 1936.
As a result of the war, the place came to the Soviet Union in 1945 with all of northern East Prussia .
Storms
The southern part of the village, called Sturmen at the time, was mentioned for the first time in 1625. Before 1945 it consisted of a few small farms and farms. Between 1874 and 1945, Sturmen was part of the Weszkallen administrative district , which was renamed "Forsthusen District" in 1939 and belonged to the Pillkallen district (1939 to 1945 "Schloßberg district (Ostpr.)") In the Gumbinnen administrative district of East Prussia .
In 1910, 81 residents were registered in storms. Their number rose to 112 by 1933 and was 92 in 1939.
Like Plonszöwen (forest hooves), Sturmen was assigned to the Soviet Union in 1945 .
Paporotnoe
In 1947 Plonszöwen received the Russian name "Paporotnoye" and was at the same time classified in the village soviet Michurinski selski Sowet in Krasnosnamensk Raion . Later the place came into the Pobedinski selski Sowet . As a result, the town of Sturmen was also included in Paporotnoye. From 2008 to 2015 Paporotnoye belonged to the rural municipality Dobrowolskoje selskoje posselenije and since then to the urban district of Krasnosnamensk.
