The songs on the album were recorded when the band performed live on June 29, 2008 at the Project Revolution Festival at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes , England . The songs played come from the three previously released studio albums Hybrid Theory (four or six tracks), Meteora (four or five tracks) and Minutes to Midnight (eight or nine tracks). The sound carrier also contains two songs from the collaboration album Collision Course with rapper Jay-Z , who can also be heard on the live versions.
