Rothhof is a district of the large district town of Dinkelsbühl in the Ansbach district in Middle Franconia .

geography

The wasteland is a little southwest of Burgstall and is surrounded by arable and grassland. In the west the corridor is called Rohrfeld. The Feldgraben rises immediately to the west of the village and flows into the Heiligbach, a right tributary of the Wörnitz , flowing 0.5 km to the south .

history

Rothhof was in the Fraisch district of the Ansbach Oberamt Feuchtwangen . In 1732 the place consisted of 2 properties. The imperial city of Dinkelsbühl was the landlord of the two half-farms . Nothing in these conditions changed until the end of the Old Kingdom (1806).

With the community edict (early 19th century), Rothhof was assigned to the tax district Weidelbach and the rural community Waldhäuslein . On January 1, 1971, Rothhof was incorporated into Dinkelsbühl as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
