The South Korean U-20 national soccer team is a selection team of South Korean soccer players. It is subject to the Korea Football Association and represents it internationally at the U-20 level , for example in friendly matches against the national teams of other national associations or at U-20 World Cups and U-19 Asian Cups .
The team's best results at world championships were fourth place in 1983 and three times reaching the quarter-finals ( 1991 1 , 2009 and 2013 ).
The team is the record winner of the U-19 Asian Cup with twelve titles.
