Pavlitschenko has so far been able to achieve some top placements at major international events. At the European Championships in Oberhof in 2013 , he finished fourth in the single-seater. In the following winter he reached fifth place at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi . At the World Championships in 2015 in Latvian Sigulda won Pavlichenko, who previously in World Cup had only once reached the podium in the single-seater, just ahead of Felix Loch the world title in the single-seater and the silver medal with the Russian team relay. On March 1, 2015, Pavlitschenko won a World Cup race for the first time in Sochi in the World Cup final of the 2014/15 season , which was also classified as the 2015 European Championship . He won the overall World Cup for the first time in the 2018/19 season.
