The road branches off from Silnice I / 38 in Čáslav , leads eastwards via Heřmanův Městec (Hermannstädtel) to Chrudim , where it crosses Silnice I / 37 , continues east to Nová Ves (Neudorf), where it ends at Silnice I / 35 ( European route 442 ) around four kilometers northwest of Vysoké Mýto (Hohenmauth).

The length of the road is around 59 kilometers.

history

From 1940 to 1945 the street formed part of Reichsstraße 368 .
