In the broader course the road takes up the Silnice I / 17 , crosses the towns of Vysoké Mýto (Hohenmaut) and Litomyšl (Leitomischl), crosses the Silnice I / 43 ( European route 461 ) north of Svitavy and takes the Silnice east of this town I / 34 on. From 1940 to 1945 the street formed parts of Reichsstraße 96 , Reichsstraße 364 , Reichsstraße 177 , Reichsstraße 349 and Reichsstraße 374 .
