The Silnice I / 49 ( Czech for: "1st class road 49") is a Czech state road (1st class road).

course

The road branches off in Otrokovice at the junction (exit) 32 from Dálnice 55 , which merges here into Silnice I / 55 , and leads east to Zlín . From here it continues to Vizovice (Wisowitz), where the Silnice I / 69 branches off to the northeast, and on to Valašská Polanka . Here it meets the Silnice I / 57 , from which it separates about 10 kilometers further south in Horní Lideč (Ober Litsch) and branches off over the Lisbon Pass to Púchov in Slovakia .

The total length of the road is around 44 kilometers.

history

The road is to be replaced east of Zlín by the planned Dálnice 49 , which, coming from Hulín , is to replace the continuation of Dálnice 1 to Slovakia originally planned here .
