The road begins in Draženov (Trassenau), where it branches off from Silnice I / 26 to the east. From there it runs through Domažlice (Taus) and Klatovy (Klattau), where Silnice I / 27 ( European route 53 ) crosses, Horažďovice (Horaschdowitz) and Strakonice (Strakonice), where Silnice I / 4 crosses, to Vodňany (Wodnian) , on the northern outskirts of which it meets and ends at Silnice I / 20 ( Europastraße 49 ).
