Stronger (. English for " Stronger ") is a song by American pop - singer Britney Spears . It was the third single from their second studio album Oops! ... I Did It Again and was released in the 4th quarter of 2000.

The song was produced by Max Martin and Rami Yacoub in 1999. In this hymn Spears sings about overcoming love problems and proclaims that she is "stronger than yesterday". It was composed in B major, the tempo is 108 beats per minute . The line of text " My Loneliness Ain't Killing Me No More " was rated by many fans and critics as a reference to Spears' debut single ... Baby One More Time , which reads " My Loneliness is Killing Me ".

The song wasn't as successful as the first two extracts from Oops! ... I Dit It Again , but was still able to achieve considerable success. It was able to reach the top position in Israel, in the USA it came to eleventh place and was awarded gold. In Germany and Austria it was placed fourth, in Switzerland again in sixth place.
