The Superettan 2019 was the 20th season of the second highest Swedish football league under this name and the 91st season since the official introduction of such in 1928. The season started on March 30th and ended on November 2nd, 2019.

Relegated from Allsvenskan took Trelleborgs FF , Dalkurd FF and IF Brommapojkarna part. All three teams had only been promoted a year earlier. From Division 1 , Västerås SK and Syrianska FC (northern relay), and Mjällby AIF (southern relay) were promoted.
