The Allsvenskan 2018 was the 94th season of the highest Swedish football league . The season began on April 1, 2018 and ended on November 11, 2018 with the 30th matchday. AIK Solna won the Swedish championship title for the twelfth time in the club's history, two points ahead of IFK Norrköping . Defending champion Malmö FF , like Norrköping, qualified third in the table for qualifying for the 2019/20 UEFA Europa League . Last year's promoters Dalkurd FF , Trelleborgs FF and IF Brommapojkarna - this one after relegation - were relegated straight away.
