In 1939 the model with a four-cylinder engine with various superstructures was offered for a short time as the Tatra 93 .

In 1940 the six-wheeler cars were discontinued without a successor.

Parallel to the Tatra 93 (T93), the Tatra 92 (T92) was built from 1937 to 1941 as the actual successor to the Tatra 82 . While the T93 was only operated via the rear axle, the T92 had all-wheel drive.
