Velký Valtinov (German Groß Walten ) is a municipality in the Okres Česká Lípa in the Liberec region in the north of the Czech Republic . It is located south of the Lusatian Mountains and three kilometers southwest of Jablonné v Podještědí (German fork) in the valley of the Panenský potok (Jungfernbach) .
