Werner Ehrlicher (actor)

Werner Ehrlicher (born March 4, 1927 in Oer-Erkenschwick ; † October 7, 2016 ) was a German actor and voice actor .

Life

Ehrlicher was a popular performer, especially in the 1970s, 1980s and early 1990s. Among other things, he stood in front of the camera in three episodes of the TV series Polizeiruf 110 , played in the drama Januskopf at the side of Armin Mueller-Stahl in 1972 and took on a supporting role in Your unknown brother in 1982 .

As a voice actor, he lent his voice to Richard Harris in Gladiator and The Bible - The Apocalypse and Jack Lemmon in Wer Sturm sät and The legend of Bagger Vance . He also spoke the role of Martin Crane in the legendary series Frasier .
