Wuustwezel is a Belgian municipality in the Flanders region with 20,970 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019). It is located in the north of the country and borders directly on the Netherlands . It consists of the main town, the Loenhout district and a few smaller towns.

Antwerp is 22 kilometers southwest, the Dutch city of Breda 25 km northeast and Brussels about 60 km south. The next motorway exits are at the Loenhout district and the municipality of Brecht on the A1 / E 19 . In Kalmthout and Essen are the next -Wildert regional stations and in Antwerp also hold about regional express trains. The Antwerp International Airport is the nearest regional airport and Brussels National close to the capital is an international airport.
