Experimental technology is stolen in Gotham. Batman wants to solve the case. In another robbery, Batman meets Foot Gang and Shredder. Shredder defeats Batman. At the same time, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stop the penguin who was up to the same heist. When the Turtles meet Batman, a fight ensues. Shredder has teamed up with Ra's al Ghul . Ra's al Ghul wants to transform the people of Gotham with the means that transformed the Turtles. To do this, he has a machine built. The Turtles find the Bath Cave. There they meet Robin , Batman and Batgirl . They band together. Shredder breaks into Arkham Asylum with Ra's al Ghul . There they give the Joker some of the remedy and in return get the formula for the Joker poison. The joker transforms and the inmates with the drug into mutants. Batman, Batgirl and Robin come to Arkham Asylum with the Turtles and can stop the Joker. The machine is built and should be started. Batman, Batgirl and Robin attack together with the Turtles and can stop Ra's al Ghul and Shredder. The machine is destroyed by Donatello and Raphael. Finally, the heroes eat pizza with Alfred in the Bath Cave.
