The Communauté d'agglomération de Bethune Bruay Noeux et Environs (also Artois Comm called) was a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . The community association was founded on March 15, 2013 and last consisted of 65 member communities, most of which were taken over from its predecessor organization Communauté d'agglomération de l'Artois . The administrative seat was in the place Béthune .
