The Diamond Nine / Dynamic Billard Dutch Open in 2017 were the 150th Tournament of 9-Ball - Pool Billiard Tournament Series Euro tour . They took place from August 10th to 12th, 2017 at the Golden Tulip Jagershorst in Leende , where the European Youth Championships had already been held before . The municipality in the province of North Brabant hosted a Euro Tour tournament for the fourth time, and the series was hosted in the Netherlands for the sixteenth time .

The winner was the reigning 9-ball European champion Ruslan Tschinachow . In his second Euro Tour final, the Russian secured his first tournament victory against the German Christoph Reintjes 9: 4. Tschinachow's compatriot Sergei Luzker and 9-ball world champion Albin Ouschan took third place. The defending champion was Niels Feijen from the Netherlands , who was eliminated in the quarter-finals by Christoph Reintjes. The Austrian Mario He , who won the previous Euro Tour tournament with the Austrian Open 2017 , was eliminated in the preliminary round.

The 199 participants competed against each other in a double knockout system until only 32 players remained. Then the tournament was continued in the knockout system . Nine competitions were played.
