Eternal table of the regional soccer league (1994-2000)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Eternal Table of the Regional Football League is a statistical listing of all championship games in the Regional League from 1994 to 2000 . The then third highest division of German football was divided into four seasons. Before the 1994/95 season, the ten upper leagues, which formed the previous substructure for the 2nd Bundesliga, were no longer considered to be contemporary. In 1993 the DFB decided to reintroduce the regional leagues as the third highest division for the 1994/95 season in order to create an improved substructure with higher performance density for the professional sector. Between 1994 and 2000 the Regionalliga was played in four divisions, resulting in the Regionalliga Nord , the Regionalliga Nordost , the Regionalliga Süd and the Regionalliga West / Südwest . The table is based on the 3-point rule ; in the 1994/95 season, the 2-point rule was used .

The tables include 3 current Bundesliga teams, 12 second division, 11 third division, 32 fourth division, 19 fifth division, 15 sixth division, 7 seventh division, 6 eighth division, 4 ninth division, 1 tenth division, 1 eleventh division, 17 clubs that have since been dissolved and 4 teams that have been canceled.
