Hütschenhausen is a municipality in the Kaiserslautern district in Rhineland-Palatinate . It belongs to the community of Ramstein-Miesenbach .

Geographical location
The community is located approx. 25 km west of Kaiserslautern in the West Palatinate Moorniederung .
Community structure
The community of Hütschenhausen consists of the districts Hütschenhausen, Spesbach and Katzenbach.
- Hütschenhausen with the residential areas Elschbacherhof, Heidehof, Ol Korb and Ziegelhütte (2410 inhabitants)
- Spesbach with the residential areas Rothenfelderhof and Simserhof (1315 inhabitants)
- Katzenbach (623 inhabitants)
history
Spesbach was first mentioned in 1214 as Spethisbach , Katzenbach in 1267 and Hütschenhausen in 1377 as Huczenhusen . All three road villages belonged to the French Revolution to the Palatinate , which maintained a customs station in Katzenbach.
Today's local community was created on June 7, 1969 from the three dissolved communities Hütschenhausen, Katzenbach and Spesbach.
