Belle-et-Houllefort ( Flemish : Belle-Hollevoorde) is a French municipality with 560 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Boulogne-sur-Mer and the canton of Desvres .

The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park . Neighboring municipalities of Belle-et-Houllefort are Rety and Boursin in the northeast, Colembert in the east, Bellebrune in the southeast, La Capelle-lès-Boulogne in the southwest, Conteville-lès-Boulogne in the west and Wierre-Effroy in the northwest.
