The Canton Roulans was 2015 a French canton in the department of Doubs and in the former region of Franche-Comte . It included 23 parishes in the Arrondissement of Besançon ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Roulans . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Claude Dallavalle was last representative in the conseil général des Départements from 2011 to 2015.
