Kaprijke is a Belgian municipality in the north of the Flanders region near the border with the Netherlands . The community consists of the core town and the district Lembeke .

Eeklo is 5 kilometers south-west, Ghent 20 km south, Bruges 28 km west, Antwerp 45 km east and Brussels 65 km south-east.

The N49 expressway (Antwerp - Knokke-Heist ) passes the municipality . The next motorway exits are at Gent and Aalter on the A10 / E 40 .
The nearest regional train stations are in Eeklo and Aalter , and national express trains also stop in Bruges and Ghent.
There is an international airport near the capital, Brussels.
