The Kelly Cup Playoffs Most Valuable Player Award (formerly Riley Cup Playoffs Most Valuable Player ) is an ice hockey trophy of the ECHL . It is given annually to the most valuable player during the Kelly Cup - Play-offs awarded in the ECHL. The winner will be determined through a vote among media representatives.
