The neighboring municipalities are Lurs in the north, Oraison in the east, Villeneuve in the south and Niozelles in the west. La Brillanne is connected to the national transport network by departmental roads , a railway line and the A51 autoroute , combined with the European route 712 . On the east side, the Durance river runs partially through the municipality of La Brillanne.
