geography
The main settlement is at 875 m and the hamlet Forest at around 1000 m . Around 1030 hectares of the municipality mark are forested. Gigors is bordered by Piégut to the north, Rochebrune to the northeast, Bellaffaire to the east, Turriers to the south, Faucon-du-Caire to the west and Venterol to the northwest .
