Corbières-en-Provence is a French commune with 1,184 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in the region Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur . It belongs to the Arrondissement Forcalquier and the canton of Manosque-3 .
The municipality, originally named Corbières , changed its name to the current name Corbières-en-Provence with decree N ° 2018-956 of November 5, 2018 .

To the west, the municipality borders on the Var department . The river Var and the Autoroute A51 , called AutoRoute du Val de Durance , which is connected there with the European route 712 , run there. The town center is connected to the national transport network by a railway line and the D4096 département road.
